I have been a Real Estate consultant for the past 6+ years, and reside in the Bird Tract neighborhood of Fair Oaks, Ca. I specialize in Fair Oaks and the surrounding areas, including Orangevale, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, and the north eastern areas of Sacramento and Sacramento County, as well as most of Placer, El Dorado and Yolo Counties.
In my prior life I was a manager with AT&T Wireless Services, also known as Cingular and Cellular One, where I learned the importance and art of Superior Customer Service, Communication & Negotiation, and that is what I promise to provide you, as my client.
There are 2 main reasons I began my career in Real Estate;
1. I remember the feeling of accomplishment and joy, the day I bought my 1st home and it sunk in that this was my home, and I could do with it what I want.
2. I realized that appreciation is a wonderful thing! There were many days and years when my house made more money for me than my job did! Those days will return!
I have a wonderful wife, Melissa and 4 fantastic kids that keep us young, and busy! I am also an avid outdoorsman and fisherman, and I love nothing better than getting up in the mountains to commune with God and nature...and hopefully catch a trout or two!
