The week after Jonathan joined our chapter our laptop died. Jonathan quickly discovered the problem and what I love is that he gave us 2 different options to go with, explaining what to expect with each option and gave us the cost. I have never had a computer tech do that for us. He completed the work in the time that he gave us and he does the little extra touches that make you feel like you were treated like an important customer: he makes sure your computer is running efficiently, he cleans the keyboard and screen so it is like brand new and he checks back with you a few days afterwards to make sure everything is going well.
Jonathan returns phone calls and emails and is extremely professional. I have already recommended him to several people and I do so with up most confidence!
